• No misleading claims, fake discounts, or "get rich quick" promises.
• The landing page must match what the ad promises.
• Paid partnerships in organic posts must use the Paid partnership toggle.

• Illegal products or services, drugs, weapons or counterfeit goods.
• Adult content or sexual services.
• Malware, phishing, deceptive data collection or cloaked links.
• Discriminatory ads, including housing, employment or credit ads that exclude protected groups.
• Ads targeting users under 18 — teens never see targeted advertising on VibeCircle™.

Alcohol, gambling, financial products, health supplements and political content may require extra review and must comply with the laws of every region where the ad runs.

• Images and videos must be clear and not misleadingly edited.
• No fake interface elements (play buttons on images, fake "close" buttons).
• You are responsible for having rights to all media and music in your ads.

Ad credits are purchased in advance and charged per impression and per click as shown in your dashboard. Campaigns pause automatically when credit runs out. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

Violating ads are rejected or removed; repeated violations can suspend advertising privileges or the account. Decisions can be appealed by contacting us via MJProfessionalsolutions.com.
