VibeCircle™ is operated by MJ Professional Solutions LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Account information: name, username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), date of birth and optional profile details such as photo, cover image and bio.
• Content you create: posts, photos, videos, Stories, messages, comments, reactions, polls, events, pages and groups.
• Social activity: friends, followers, blocks, reports and the audience settings you choose.
• Usage and device data: log data, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and cookie/local-storage preferences such as theme.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by our payment provider; we receive confirmations and billing history but never see or store full card numbers.

• Provide, personalize and improve VibeCircle™, including feeds and recommendations.
• Deliver messages, notifications and live features you use.
• Keep the platform safe: enforce age protections, moderate content, prevent abuse.
• Deliver and measure advertising, and process payments and subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates and policy changes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not read your private messages for advertising. Teens are excluded from ad targeting.

Your content is shared with the audience you select (public, friends, followers or members-only). We share limited data with service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, storage, payments and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and rights.

VibeCircle™ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Accounts for users under 18 receive stricter default privacy, restricted contact from adults they do not know, and no ad targeting.

• Edit your profile, privacy defaults and per-post audience at any time.
• Block, mute, restrict or report any account.
• Download your data or delete your account from Settings.
• Control browser notifications and theme preferences on your device.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Contact us to exercise them.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for safety, legal and operational purposes. Deleted Stories expire automatically after 24 hours. We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level security in our database; no system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app and the "Last updated" date will change.
