Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MJ Professional Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of VibeCircle™. By creating an account or using VibeCircle™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeCircle™. Users under 18 receive age-appropriate safety protections and default privacy settings. By registering, you confirm the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.

You are responsible for your account and password, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant MJ Professional Solutions LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve VibeCircle™, subject to the audience settings you choose. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where content has been shared by others or retained as required by law.

You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive or spam. Paid partnerships and commercial promotions must be disclosed using the tools we provide.

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or exploitation of any person.
• No scraping, bulk data collection, or unauthorized automated access.
• No impersonation, fraud, scams or misleading advertising.
• No attempting to bypass safety, privacy, age or moderation controls.
• No uploading malware or interfering with the service.

VibeCircle™ offers paid features including ad campaigns, ad credit purchases and creator subscriptions. Prices are shown before purchase and processed by our payment provider. Ad credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Ads must comply with our advertising policies and may be reviewed before or after publication; we may reject or remove any ad. Creator subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Your use of VibeCircle™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.

The VibeCircle™ name, logo, design and software are the property of MJ Professional Solutions LLC. If you believe content on VibeCircle™ infringes your copyright, contact us via MJProfessionalsolutions.com with a description of the work and its location, and we will review and respond.

VibeCircle™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJ Professional Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content posted by users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
