Copyright Reporting

The fastest option is the Report button on the post, Story, video, comment, page or profile — choose "Intellectual property" as the reason.

You can also send a written notice via MJProfessionalsolutions.com that includes:

1. Your name and contact information (email is fine).
2. A description or link to the copyrighted work you own or represent.
3. A link to the content on VibeCircle™ you believe infringes it.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name counts).

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to the reported content where warranted, and notify the member who posted it.

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake (for example, you own the work or have permission), reply to the removal notice with your contact information, a link to the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error. We may restore the content unless the original reporter takes further legal action.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe others' copyrights are suspended or permanently banned.
