Our assistant answers questions about VibeCircle™ instantly — accounts, posting, privacy, safety, advertising and subscriptions. If it can't help, open a support ticket at the bottom of this page.

Create an account: sign up free from the home page with your email. Check your inbox for the confirmation link — if it doesn't arrive, use "Resend confirmation email" on the sign-in screen.

Set up your profile: add a photo, cover image and bio from your profile page. Choose Public or Private in Settings.

Create a post: use Create (mobile) or the composer on Home. You can add photos, videos, schedule a post, and pick the audience: public, friends, or members-only.

Stories: Stories disappear after 24 hours. You can add background music and a tappable link. Swipe or tap to move between Stories.

Where did my video go? Videos appear on your profile, in the feed, and in the Short videos tab. Large uploads may take a moment — wait for the progress bar to finish before posting.

Friend requests vs. following: friend requests must be accepted (both of you connect); following is one-way, like subscribing to someone's public posts.

Can't message someone? They may only accept messages from friends, or one of you has blocked the other. Send a friend request first.

Unblock someone: go to Settings → Blocked accounts and tap Unblock.

Pages are public profiles for brands, creators and businesses — only page owners and admins post. Groups are communities: in members-only groups, posts can require admin approval before appearing.

Live streams are shown to your followers. You need a minimum number of followers (set by the platform, currently 50) before you can go live.

Buy ad credit from the Advertising dashboard, then create campaigns or promote a post. Spend is charged per impression and per click, and campaigns pause when credit runs out. Creator subscriptions cost $5/month and unlock members-only content; manage or cancel any time.

Use Report on any content, and Block on any profile. Teens get stricter privacy by default and never see targeted ads. Read our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.
